Doug Bunch - REALTOR®
When my family relocated to Georgia from the Northwest in 1969, we began a new Southern adventure. Having lived all over Metro Atlanta since then, I am acquainted with many different parts of our city. Before I went into real estate in 1998, I had the privilege of working in corporate America in various home health care companies. Developing many operations and sales skills in this industry helped prepare me to begin a new career helping people buy and sell real estate.
In 2000 I persuaded my wife, Cindy, to join me in real estate. We grew into a small real estate team that focuses on providing excellent customer service and being a resource for our clients in all aspects of the buying or selling process. During the financial and real estate crisis in 2008 and a few years following that time, we expanded our real estate sales skills to assist with marketing and selling HUD-owned properties. Most of our other clients during this time were distressed financially and emotionally. We found it gratifying to assist many people to find a solution with their financial problems at that time. We are grateful that the real estate market is much healthier now and distressed properties are a small percentage of homes on the market. However, the tools, negotiating skills, systems and communication processes that we developed during those “hardship years” have proven to be invaluable as we are able to work with buyers and sellers that have equity in their property.
If you are thinking about selling your home, I’d love to schedule a time for a phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit. We have a proven system that helps sellers avoid the typical problems that occur while selling their home. Please reach out via phone or email. We are here to help!
